At Breachwood Green Pre-school we treat each child as unique, supporting their individual needs at their own pace. We use developmentally appropriate play activities. This allows us to offer a curriculum which works towards the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and prepares our children to progress with confidence.
Our free flow setting allows our children every opportunity to play and explore inside and outside, giving the children full rein and access to our facilities. This fully supports child-led development.
We are proud of our GOOD rating from Ofsted, to see our report please see the link below.
We work closely with Breachwood Green JMI School to support the children (and parents) in their transition into school. Our children get invited to their events such as school disco and Christmas play. The school kindly lets us host our Christmas play in their hall and we hold our Breachwood Bunnies Baby and Toddler group there every Friday morning during term time. For more information about this group please click here.
As the preschool is run by a committee of parents/carers and local residents our fundraising events are supported and enjoyed by the village. Our previous fundraiser events such as bingo night, car wash, sponsored walk and teddy bear picnic are always successful and enjoyed by all.
Our dedicated, qualified and experienced team at Breachwood Green Pre-School creates a secure, safe and stimulating environment that encourages the children to play, explore and learn through exciting activities that children enjoy. We are passionate in nurturing our children to use their imaginations through creative exploration.
Breachwood Green Pre-school is run as a Charity, by parents, carers, family members and teachers meeting on a regular basis to discuss finances, payment issues, term dates, fundraising and much more. This committee decides and adopts the policies, in liaison with the staff, on which the pre-school is run.
